1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video Generator: Create AI (the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use it.

We do not require accounts and we do not ask you to provide personal information like your name, phone number, or address.

The App uses Firebase for app reliability and analytics, and sends your prompts and generation settings to third-party AI service and model providers to generate videos. We only send data to those AI providers after we have clearly told you what data is sent, who receives it, and you have given your permission in the App (e.g. by tapping “I Agree” in the in-app disclosure). You can withdraw that permission at any time in the App under Settings → Revoke AI Data Sharing.

2) Information the App Collects and How We Collect It

A) Prompts and generation inputs (sent to AI providers with your permission)

What we collect / send:

When you create a video, the App sends the following to third-party AI service and model providers:

– Your video description (the text prompt you type),

– Duration, resolution, and style choices, and

– The AI model you select (e.g. Seedance, Luma, Veo, Sora, and others listed in the App).

How we collect it:

You provide this information when you use the “Create” / “Generate video” feature. The App does not send this data to any AI provider until you have seen the in-app disclosure and tapped “I Agree” to allow us to share it.

Who receives it:

This data is sent to the AI service and model providers listed in the App’s disclosure screen, including Replicate (replicate.com) and the model providers whose models are offered in the App (e.g. ByteDance, Luma, Alibaba, PixVerse, Google, OpenAI, Kuaishou, Minimax, Leonardo). Replicate and those providers process your request to generate the video and return the result to the App.

Why we send it:

Solely to generate the video you requested and return it to you. We do not use your prompt or settings for any other purpose.

Important:

Prompts may contain personal or sensitive information if you include it. We recommend you do not enter sensitive personal data (e.g. passwords, financial info, government IDs, or medical info) in your prompts.

B) Firebase (diagnostics and analytics)

The App uses Google Firebase services (such as analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring) to help us understand app stability and improve the App.

Firebase may automatically collect:

– Device information (e.g. device model, OS version),

– App information (app version, language/region),

– Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data), and

– Identifiers (such as an advertising identifier or app instance identifiers, depending on configuration and your iOS settings).

We use this data to fix crashes and bugs, improve performance and reliability, and understand aggregated usage patterns.

3) What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

– Your name, email, or phone number (unless you contact support),

– Your contacts or photo library (unless you choose to upload content for generation), or location (unless explicitly stated in the App),

– Your payment details (subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple).

4) How We Use Information

We process information to:

– Generate videos you request (by sending prompts and settings to AI providers, only after your consent as described in section 2(A)),

– Operate and maintain the App,

– Monitor crashes and performance and improve stability (Firebase), and

– Respond to support requests (if you contact us).

5) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited information only with:

– AI service and model providers (including Replicate and the providers listed in the App’s disclosure) to process your prompt and settings and generate your video. We only do this after you have agreed in the App.

– Firebase (Google) for analytics, diagnostics, and performance, as enabled in our configuration.

– Legal / safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We require third parties that receive your data (including Replicate and other AI providers) to protect your information with safeguards that are the same as or equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy policies.

6) Data Retention

– Prompts and settings sent to AI providers: Retention depends on each provider’s policies. We do not control third-party retention.

– Firebase data: Retained according to Firebase and Google’s configuration.

– If we store any data on our own servers, we will describe it in the App and here. Otherwise, prompts and settings are transmitted only to fulfill your request.

7) Your Choices

– AI data sharing: You can withdraw your consent to send data to AI providers at any time in the App under Settings → Revoke AI Data Sharing. After that, the App will ask for your permission again before sending data to AI providers.

– Avoid entering sensitive data into prompts.

– iOS may allow you to limit certain device identifiers and analytics sharing via system settings.

– If the App includes an in-app option to limit analytics, you can use it there.

8) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information during transmission and processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10) Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services that have their own privacy practices:

– Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, performance).

– Replicate (replicate.com) and other AI model providers listed in the App (e.g. ByteDance, Luma, Alibaba, PixVerse, Google, OpenAI, Kuaishou, Minimax, Leonardo). These providers receive your prompt and generation settings only after you have agreed in the App, and use the data to generate your video.

Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies. We require that they provide the same or equivalent protection for your data as described in this policy.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, for significant changes, provide notice within the App and/or on our app listing.
