1) What the App Does

Premium Music Stations is an internet radio directory and player. The app does not host, store, upload, or rebroadcast any audio content. It provides a user interface that lets users listen to publicly available radio streams that are offered and controlled by the respective stations/broadcasters at their own streaming URLs.

Each station listing includes (where available) a link to the station’s official website/homepage, so users can verify the broadcaster and access the station directly.

2) Policy Purpose

This policy explains how a station owner, broadcaster, rightsholder, or authorized representative can request the removal or correction of a station listing or stream link in Premium Music Stations.

We take third-party rights seriously and will respond to valid requests to remove or update listings that:

are unauthorized or provided without permission,
infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights,
misrepresent the station/broadcaster or branding,
link to incorrect, outdated, or unsafe URLs,
or otherwise violate applicable laws or platform policies.

3) How to Request Removal (In-App or Email)

You may submit a request using either method:

A) In-App Removal Request

Open Settings → Request station removal and submit the requested details.

B) Email Removal Request

Send an email to rights@sadynamics.com with the subject line:

Station Removal Request – [Station Name]

4) Information Required

To help us process your request quickly, please include as many of the following as possible:

Station name as shown in the app
Station stream URL (or the exact listing link)
Station website/homepage URL
Country/region (if relevant)
Reason for removal or correction (e.g., unauthorized link, incorrect branding, no permission, trademark issue, etc.)
Proof of authority (one of the following is usually sufficient):
- a link from the station’s official website indicating ownership/official contact, or
- an email sent from an official station/broadcaster domain, or
- documentation showing you are the station/broadcaster/rightsholder or authorized agent
Requested action: remove listing, remove stream URL, or correct metadata (name/logo/homepage/stream)

5) Review & Response

We will acknowledge receipt of complete requests.
We may request additional information to confirm authority and avoid fraudulent takedowns.
If the request is valid, we will remove or update the station listing/stream link in the app.

6) Timeframe

We aim to process valid removal/correction requests within 48 hours of receiving sufficient information to verify the requester’s authority.

7) Counter-Requests / Mistakes

If you believe a station listing was removed or changed in error, an authorized representative may contact rights@sadynamics.com with supporting documentation and we will re-evaluate.

8) No Downloads / No Storage

Premium Music Stations does not provide downloading, saving, or recording of audio streams. Playback occurs by connecting to the broadcaster’s stream URL.

9) Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

remove any station listing at our discretion,
block or disable URLs that appear to be infringing, misleading, or unsafe,
and update this policy to reflect changes in app functionality or legal requirements.
