Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calender Calendar mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The App and all related content, features, and intellectual property are owned by us and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Data & Privacy

The App does not collect or transmit personal data. All data created within the App is stored locally on your device. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID
  • Subscription pricing and billing periods are displayed at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • We do not have access to your payment information

6. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

7. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
