Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Cast to TV mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

Cast to TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Cast to TV offers the following in-app purchases:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • Yearly subscription
  • Lifetime (one-time purchase)

Billing

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Cast to TV does not manage payments or store billing information. All transactions are handled by Apple.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements.

Ads may be removed or reduced for users with an active subscription, depending on the subscription plan.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Cast to TV does not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available or error-free
  • The App will work on all devices or with all TVs
  • Casting performance will be uninterrupted or flawless

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cast to TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as advertising and analytics providers). Cast to TV is not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
