1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Music Stations (“the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App on iOS.

2) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

  • Support communications: If you email us or contact support, we may receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

B) Information collected automatically

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

  • Device and app information: device type, iOS version, app version, language, region, and general diagnostics.
  • Usage data: features you use (e.g., playing a station, searching, favoriting) in an aggregated or event-based form.
  • Crash and performance data: crash logs and performance metrics to fix bugs and improve stability.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, or files.

C) Subscription and purchase information (In-App Purchases)

Subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment information (like credit card numbers).

We may receive:

  • Confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active (e.g., subscription status, product identifier).
  • A transaction identifier or receipt data that we use to validate your subscription with Apple.

Apple may collect and process purchase information under Apple’s own privacy policies.

D) Audio/streaming content

When you play a station, your device connects to third-party streaming providers (radio stations, stream hosts, or directory services). Those providers may receive your IP address and device network information as part of delivering the audio stream.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the App (play streams, enable features).
  • Verify and manage subscriptions (e.g., check premium access).
  • Improve the App (debugging, analytics, performance).
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information in these cases:

A) Service providers

We may use third-party service providers to help operate the App, such as:

  • Crash reporting / performance monitoring: [e.g., Apple, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry]
  • Analytics (optional): [e.g., Apple Analytics, Firebase Analytics]

These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect it.

B) Streaming providers (radio stations / hosts)

When you stream audio, you connect directly (or via standard internet routing) to the station’s streaming server. That provider may log standard connection data (like IP address, timestamps, user agent) to deliver the stream and maintain service.

C) Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with legal processes,
  • enforce our terms,
  • protect users, the public, or our rights.

5) Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described:

  • Support emails: retained as needed to resolve your request and for recordkeeping.
  • Diagnostics/analytics: retained according to the provider’s retention settings and our operational needs.
  • Subscription validation data: retained as needed to maintain access and resolve billing issues.

6) Your Choices and Controls

A) Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

B) Analytics (if applicable)

If the App uses analytics, you can limit Apple’s analytics sharing via iOS settings and/or any in-app toggles we provide.

C) Notifications (if applicable)

If the App sends notifications, you can disable them in iOS settings.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8) International Data Transfers

If you live outside the country where our servers or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries. We take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Third-Party Links and Services

The App may include links or content from third parties (such as station websites/streams). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.
