Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA)

For Tivimatu: Live TV & IPTV

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tivimatu: Live TV & IPTV (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial use on any iOS device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App
  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Subscription & In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

We do not receive any payment details.

Manage Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel your subscription through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription term.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob (ads)
  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (performance, diagnostics)
  • Apple’s In-App Purchase system

Your use of the App constitutes agreement with the terms and privacy policies of these services.

5. User Content & Responsibilities

The App may allow the loading or streaming of IPTV playlists or other media sources.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have rights or permissions to access the content
  • The content complies with all applicable laws
  • You do not use the App to access copyrighted or illegal streams

We do not host, store, or provide any IPTV content.

The App is strictly a media player interface.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any manner that violates laws or third-party rights
  • Circumvent, disrupt, or interfere with App functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers or networks
  • Use the App to distribute harmful or unlawful content

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property in the App belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not reuse, remix, copy, or exploit any part of the App unless expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Reliability or availability
  • Accuracy or uninterrupted service

We do not guarantee compatibility with all IPTV playlists or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the App, including indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party IPTV content accessed through the App.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions, device damage, data loss, or subscription issues caused by Apple, Firebase, AdMob, or other third-party providers.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Illegal use of the App
  • Abuse of services or subscriptions

Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of CA, excluding conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this EULA at any time.

Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website with an updated date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
