Terms of Service

Welcome to Hotshiel VPN (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides access to virtual private network (VPN) services intended to improve online privacy and security by encrypting internet traffic and routing it through secure servers.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may vary depending on your device, network conditions, and server availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Not use the Service to engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for your activities while using the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Engage in hacking or unauthorized access.
  • Send spam or conduct phishing attacks.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Access or distribute illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

  • Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.

6. Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Only one free trial may be available per Apple account where applicable.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service.
  • Availability of specific VPN servers.
  • Connection speeds.
  • Access to particular websites or streaming services.

Service availability may change without notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous twelve months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling any active subscription.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple Standard EULA

If the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable.
